Motion of Summary Judgment Filed in National Bison Range Lawsuit

On March 4, 2010 of a Motion for Summary Judgment was filed. This important legal action to protect the integrity of the National Wildlife Refuges throughout the Nation seeks seeks to terminate the Funding Agreement between the Department of the Interior (DOI), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) of Montana. The document was prepared by Holland and Hart, the judge presiding is Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly. The Blue Goose Alliance is one of the plaintiffs in this case.
