Charles R. Danner
I received a BS from Purdue University and MS from Ohio State University. Both degrees were in Wildlife Management/Conservation. After college, I went to work for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Fish and Wildlife. I woked for Indiana for 5 years serving first as a District Biologist and then as the Quail Research Biologist. I left Indiana to work for the U,S. Fish and Wildlife Service. While with the Service, I served in a variety of jobs ranging from Animal Damage Control through Program Development in Washington DC. I retired from the Service in January of 2003 after 28 years. I was the Planning Chief for Refuges and Wildlife in the Atlanta Regional Office for over half of my Federal career.
I am presently active with my Church and with the Blue Goose Alliance.
While I no longer hunt with a gun, I have found the camera serves admirably. I still love to fish but have yet to do nealy enough in retirement.
