Alliance Formally Organizing as a Non-Profit. A majority of the informal group known as the Blue Goose Alliance met in Tijeras, New Mexico, on December 8 and 9, 2000, and voted unanimously to formally incorporate in New Mexico and apply for Federal 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
