Alliance Granted Tax Exempt Status by IRS. On July 12, 2001, the Internal Revenue Service notified the Blue Goose Alliance that it had determined the Alliance to be exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3).
