A Motion for Summary Judgment has been filed in BGA Lawsuit Against Interior

The suit seeks to terminate the Funding Agreement between the Department of the Interior (DOI), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) of Montana. A Motion for Summary Judgment was filed on October 20, 2009 in the United States Federal Court in Washington, DC. The Document was prepared by Holland & Hart and the Judge receiving the filing is Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.
