Annual Round Under way at National Bison Range
A U.S. District Court judge in Washington, D.C.. threw out out the Annual Funding Agreement
between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes last
week, but that decision didn't stop the roundup.
Despite the partnership between the CSKT and FWS being terminated, 6 tribal employees were on
hand to help out. They joined federal employees who came from other national refuges across the
country.
